The rapid review was conducted over summer and delivered to the board in September 2024 when the team presented the key findings. It has also been delivered to the local Police and Crime Commissioners Office and has helped inform a national Home Office review currently being conducted. Feedback from local grassroots organisations has been positive. Nina Skubala, head of the One City office, commented that, “The rapid review …will facilitate decision-making and much-needed action to prevent the tragic and wasteful outcomes of youth violence”.
